ERAS Application Process:
For the upcoming 2019-2020 fellowship interview cycle (fellows matriculating July 2021), the majority of Neuroradiology fellowship programs around the country will use ERAS (Electronic Residency Application System) to manage the application process. Programs must register annually through ERAS Account Maintenance (EAM).

To apply, please register and upload your application directly to ERAS:
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement
- Three letters of recommendation
- Photocopy of the Dean’s letter from your medical school or ECFMG certificate
- USMLE board scores

ERAS/Interview Timeline:
As established by the Society of Chairs of Academic Radiology Departments, there will be a common interview timeline for all Radiology Fellowships. For fellowships participating in the match interview/acceptance timeline will be as follows.
June 8, 2020 | ERAS 2021 season begins. |
June 9, 2020 | EFDO begins to generate and distribute MyERAS tokens.
Applicants can register in MyERAS and begin working on their applications. |
July 1, 2020 | July cycle fellowship applicants may begin submitting applications to July cycle fellowship programs. |
August 12, 2020 | July cycle fellowship programs may begin reviewing applications. |
Fellowship Match results vary. Please consult the NRMP or other matching services for the Match schedule. | |
November 17, 2020 | December cycle fellowship applicants may begin submitting applications to December cycle fellowship programs. |
December 1, 2020 | December cycle fellowship programs may begin reviewing applications. |
May 31, 2021 | ERAS 2021 season ends: MyERAS closes at 5 p.m. ET. |
